For full consideration, all scholarship applications must include: 

• Completion of the scholarship application
• References:  Provide two letters of reference.  One must be from a teacher or a guidance counselor.
• Personal Statement:  Write a maximum 250 word statement about yourself as well as your educational and career goals.
• Samples:  Up to three samples are required to be considered for a scholarship.
