promising to pay the required dues as per the schedule approved by the INA Board of Directors and to abide by the By-laws of the Association, until such time as you are notified to cancel said membership. In connection with our application, we submit the following information:

I will forward four current issues of our newspaper and the most recent Statement of Ownership/Postal Statement with this application to ina@inanews.com.

I understand that you will inform me of my annual dues cost for the first year of membership before placing this application before the Board of Directors for consideration.

I also understand that a PDF copy of each newspaper issue is to be forwarded to the Iowa Newspaper Association applicable upload website should we become members and that we will be required to upload all public notices to iowapublicnotices.com.
