Affiliate Membership Application

• To qualify as an Affiliate member a person shall be engaged in a commerical enterprise doing business with or providing goods or services to members.  
• Membership applications received will be reviewed at the first available board meeting following the submission of the membership application.
• Affiliate membership annual dues is $250.00.

We understand annual dues payment of $250.00 is payable as specified in the INA bylaws. Our application fee (the equivalent of one year’s dues)  shall be due upon approval of this application.

Upon approval of this application, we understand that we will be added to the mailing list to receive INA communications, the weekly Bulletin, have access to all INA trainings as well as access to attend the INA annual convention.  An affiliate member will be eligible for any and all other services provided by the Association for its affiliate members, as long as  membership is maintained in keeping with the bylaws of the association.
